Indemnification:

Vendors and affiliates agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Sale Surge 24 LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the sale or distribution of their products or services through the platform. Vendors and affiliates agree to bear full responsibility for any legal disputes, liabilities, or damages resulting from their activities on the Sale Surge 24 LLC platform.
